2016 Beijing gravitational-wave workshop

Beijing Normal University,Beijing
24th-25th April

LIGO’s first detection of gravitational waves brought us to a new era of gravitational-wave astronomy. This is a joint conference of gravitational-wave research groups at Tsinghua University and Beijing Normal University. With this conference, we would like to have broad discussions of key aspects of gravitational-wave science, in order to formulate a vision to establish a strong research program through domestic and international collaborations. This year’s topic will include gravitational-wave astrophysics, multi-messenger observations, and instrumentation science.
